The John Corridan Compassion Award


The John Corridan Compassion Award is named for John F. Corridan III, a founder of Alliance Health. John spent his career as a leader in government, health care and human services advocating for the people who depend on those services. All who knew John recognized and were inspired by his magnificent sensitivity to those needing care, his generosity of spirit and his compassion. This award celebrates his great gifts to the field of care and his legacy of quality and humanity.


The award is given annually to selected individuals who are engaged in providing service or care to those living in a facility owned by Alliance Health. Candidates must be regular full or part time Employees and have worked at least 1 year at an Alliance facility. Nominations may be made by any resident, family member of a resident, any Alliance facility employee or the manager of the facility.


Selections will be made by the Board of Directors of Alliance Health.


Awards are given each year and include a $500 cash award.
