Milestone Program

In 2023 Alliance Health implemented a brand new program to celebrate the tenure of our dedicated employees across our Skilled Nursing Communities.

The Employee Years of Service Milestone program acknowledges the achievements of their Team Members at the 1 Year mark with an anniversary Pin, and acknowledges years 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35+ with a personalized Certificate and a tiered select-your-gift system as a Prize.  

Each individual Community hosts their own special event on site at their Center were these employee milestones are recognized and celebrated internally.

Beyond this program, we proudly recognize key members of our Team as we present Alliance’s annual John Corridan Compassion Award, and feature many of our Staff Accomplishments across our Social Media platforms.
