Join us as we tee off for a fantastic cause, combining our passion for golf with our dedication to those we serve! Your Participation in our 2025 Golf Tournament Fundraiser will benefit our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Residents, Physical Therapy and Wellness Outpatient Service Clients, and Foster Care for At-Risk Youth.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, our tournament offers something for everyone, from thrilling rounds on the green to networking opportunities with like-minded individuals, all for an important cause that is near and dear to our hearts. This Year’s Tournament is scheduled for Thursday, September 4th, 2025 at Blissful Meadows Golf Club located at 801 Chocolog Rd, Uxbridge, MA 01569. Registration will run from 8:30AM-9:30AM with a Shot Gun Start at 9:30AM, and Reception at 3:00PM.
